Coming to visit Lisbon this summer? Studios is the accommodation for you! Each room is equipped with a double bed, private kitchen and en-suite bathroom, and can accommodate up to two people, but with the option of renting more rooms in the same building, we can easily accommodate groups.

All guests have access to the common kitchen, living room, and self-service laundry facilities, as well as all the amenities of StudentVille Central. Located just minutes away from Lisbon's major universities and the Zoo, and only a 10-minute drive from the airport. With several public transport connections nearby, you can reach the historic and nightlife areas of the city in less than twenty minutes.

All water, electricity, internet, and air-conditioning bills are included in your rent.

For a greater comfort during your stay, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The residence has a laundry room, fully equipped with coin-activated washing and drying machines.

With individual en-suite rooms, your privacy is assured.

All communal areas are cleaned regularly, and you also have the option of having your own room cleaned.

Key card

To guarantee your safety, all room doors opens with a key card.

Had a great stay. - Contact was perfect. I encountered a small problem with the wifi and they solved it within an hour. - The place itself was clean, everything you need was there. There were towels, kitchen equipment, more then enough room for clothes, 2 desks. - Very cool neighborhood. Within walking distance to the university. I highly recommend this place. You will get a hotel quality place with all the benefits of an apartment.
