14/03/2024 - The event that the sweet tooth can't miss is taking place from 1st to 17th March, and we're talking about the Óbidos International Chocolate Festival!

For a few days in March, the streets of this famous medieval Portuguese town will be transformed into showcases of cakes and chocolates that everyone can taste and buy.

For the little ones, the "Children's Chocolate House" offers fun and educational activities and a kitchen where they can prepare some recipes.

Adults are not left out, and can attend cookery courses, where chocolate is always the base ingredient, attend competitions for pastry professionals such as the "Chocolatier of the Year" and the "International Chocolate Recipe Competition", and appreciate beautiful chocolate sculptures, considered true works of art.
