This is one of the biggest cultural events in Portugal.
Every year, the Lisboa Film Festival brings together the best of the 7th art world.
Every year, this festival innovates, but it keeps discovering new talents, guarantees the best selection of films in competition, gives a voice to rare filmmakers, exhibits the creations of artists whose work is associated with cinema and also opens the way for Portuguese film production.
This year LEFFEST will be attended by international stars who will share their experiences with the public.
From November 10th to 19th 2023, LEFFEST returns to Lisbon for another edition full of surprises.
Centred in Lisbon, the festival moves down into the city, occupying various districts and different spaces. The Cineteatro Turim (in Benfica), the Lisbon Academy of Sciences, the Sinel de Cordes Palace of the Architecture Triennale, and the Imago Lisboa Gallery are the venues that will give this festival another dimension, in addition to the classic Cinema Nimas and Tivoli BBVA Theatre.
